Bangunan Gunasama Persekutuan Located along Jalan Anson, Penang, the project was owned by Jabatan Perdana Menteri and managed by the Jabatan Kerja Raya. The RM104 million design and built project was completed within 15 months, with works commencing in January 2004 and completion in April 2005. The 13 storey office building has a gross floor area of 35,534 m2 complete with all internal and external infrastructure facilities. BEQS provided full quantity surveying services for the project.
